Commonly Asked Questions

Listed below are some of the most common questions asked.  Check to see if any of yours are answered.

Contact the office if you need more specific answers or with any other questions you may have.

  • When can I sign up?

    • Sign ups for current residents will begin​ January 18th. New incoming tenants may sign up beginning February 15th. 

  • What should I bring to sign up?

    • When coming to sign up, please be prepared with​ photo identification, the $20 application fee, and the $200 deposit. These will need to be paid separately. The application fee may be paid with cash, check, or money order. The deposit will need to be with a check or money order. Kampus Korner is the only exception where cards may be used.

  • Where do I go to move in?

    • Stop by the office at 150 E. 400 N. in Logan to ​​​pick up your key before moving in.

  • When is rent due?

    • Summer leases have rent due on April 15th. For school year contracts, rent is due on July 1st, August 1st, October 1st, and December 1st. Rent due dates can be found on the first page of your lease. ​Rent may be paid early.

  • How do I pay rent?

    • Rent can be paid in the office with a check or money order.​ This may be brought to the office or mailed. Kampus Korner is the only complex that allows credit cards to be used.

  • How do I sell my contract?

    • Contracts can be sold at any time. Stop by the office to fill out an Intent to Sell form​. There is a list at the office you will be put on. You may advertise for the lease as well. When you have decided on the person you would like to take over the contract, contact the office with their name. Once you have moved out and they have taken over the contract, you will be refunded.

  • How do I buy a contract?

    • Contact the office for information on which contracts are being sold. Once you have contacted the tenant and have decided to buy their contract, fill out the Student Application which can be found here or in the office. You may bring it to the office or emailed it to loganpreferredproperties@gmail.com. You will need to pay the $20 application fee, the $200 deposit, and sign the contract to assume the lease.
